midjourney made me
A two-day, live masterclass for aesthetic-obsessed brand builders who are ready to finally bring their best and wildest ideas to life visually with the help of AI.
Since you're here, you've probably played around with Midjourney, you're intrigued by the possibilities, but you're still lost in the sauce when it comes to how tf you should actually be using the tool.
You’ve got the eye, you already understand how to prompt, but when it comes to actually understanding how to work with Midjourney, you’re basically pushing random buttons, sliding random sliders and praying to AI gods that you don't get back digitally generated bot garbage.
What if I told you there’s a way to stop winging it and actually learn how this shit works, so you can finally make use of the images and videos you generate, and not just hoard them in your archive folder.
Enter: Midjourney Made Me! A two-day, live masterclass covering prompting like a creative director (from a creative director), understanding the different parameters, references, and styles and some workarounds for when Midjourney starts to lowkey crash out.
It’s time to stop pretending you know what you’re doing and actually learn how the hell to use Midjourney like a true creative collaborator.
does this sound like you?
You’ve got vision for days, but Midjourney keeps giving you cursed hands, weird teeth, or beige Pinterest-core energy that’s just…not it
You’ve dabbled in Midjourney a few times, but the results still feel random AF, and you lowkey don’t know what more than half the settings do.
You’re visually literate (brand builder, designer, stylist, content creator, photographer, moodboard hoarder) but you’re tired of shouting aesthetic ideas into the AI void with zero consistency.
You’ve typed the same prompt 5 times, changed the stylization, added an image ref, sacrificed a goat and somehow it’s still getting worse.
You’re curious about integrating AI into your workflow, but you want to do it with intention, taste, not some half-baked output that screams "generic AI art."
You know that video content tends to outperform static visuals, but you're totally at a loss for how you can generate, on-brand, usable video.

when MJ crashes out
I'm not gonna lie to you, there's some stuff that Midjourney still isn't the best at like accurate text and super detailed prompts, but I'll show my workarounds using Sora to fill in the gaps.
This is Lauren, your very own AI Auntie!
Actually, that picture isn't really her. It's a Midjourney version.Could you tell?
The real Lauren deVane is your go-to girlie for all things AI and creativity.
An ex-Ulta Beauty social media creative director and a knack for breaking down tech into snackable bites, she's the perfect person to help you understand how to generate unique, high-quality images from the perspective of a brand builder and creative director who has been using Midjourney (almost) daily for the last three years!!
oh, you got questions?
will i learn to prompt?
Not here, girlie! This isn’t about writing the “perfect” prompt. Midjourney Made Me is about showing you how to actually use Midjourney.com. The interface, the settings, the personalization, the editor, the reference magic, so you can make consistent, creative work that actually kinda looks like what you're envisioning. (If you want help with prompting, check out the add-on at checkout)
I've played with Midjourney a bit, is this too beginner for me?
If you’ve only dabbled, you’re in the sweet spot. Midjourney Made Me goes beyond the basics, but in a way that’s actually approachable. You’ll learn to use reference images, adjust parameters, re-roll and remix, work with the editor to fix hiccups, curating moodboards, and even a crash course in Sora, too. If you know how to do all this, than it may not be for you, but if you know you've been winging it, I'm def going to teach you a thing or two (or ten) you don't already know.
Do I need to be “Good at ai” in order to take this?
No, you don’t need to be a prompt poet or tech wizard.
BUT, you do need taste and the ability to describe a vibe. If you’ve ever built a Pinterest board, written a creative brief, or said “this isn’t giving what it needs to give,” you’re good.
Midjourney doesn’t require a PhD in Prompting, but it does need good direction. You should at least know what a prompt is, understanding of what goes into a good one and be willing to experiment and play, Midjourney is NOT a “one and done” tool.
Do I actually own the images I make? Can I use them for my brand/commercially?
Short answer: Yes, with a paid Midjourney plan, you get the rights to use your images for your brand, slay your socials, or even print them on a t-shirt for your dog. (But check the latest Midjourney terms, because AI lawyers never sleep.)
Is it useful if i'm not a designer or photographer?
Absolutely. This masterclass is for anyone who wants to use visuals to tell stories — stylists, marketers, content creators, creative entrepreneurs, yes, even writers.
Will I need a Midjourney subscription to follow along?
Listen, unless you’re planning to meditate on the loading screen and manifest images with your mind, you’ll want at least a basic paid plan, however I'd recommend paying for a Standard plan ($30/mo) to ensure you've got enough credits to actually play and experiment with what you learn.
Also, not required but suuuper helpful, a ChatGPT Plus subscription, as I'll be showing you the ropes to sora.com as well, which you have access to with a ChatGPT Plus subscription.
