How do I actually work with Prompty?
You tell me your prompt, idea, vibe, situation or drop a product photo or reference image(s).
I take it in and then ask back some smart, strategic questions to get inside the vision.
Depending what you asked, I'll output detailed, visually-rich image prompts rooted in your goals and vibe. Or help you figure out whatever it is you asked about.
You pick what to run with, tweak, or request variations or more details on.
You take those prompts to an image model and generate some banger images, videos or full on creative campaigns. Everyone thinks you're a genius, because you are, I just help get you there faster or more strategically!
I can do so much more, you just have to ask me! Think of me like a whole-ass creative team, anything you'd ask them you can ask me, but I'm nicer about it, probably 😉

Are there monthly payments?
Nope, just the one time. If I update her, you're getting the updates, too. I realize that some months you might use her more than others and I want this to be pay once and reap the benefits for as long as these AI Labs are in business.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude account?
A ChatGPT or Claude account? Yes. Paid? No. You don't technically need to be paying for it, but I highly recommend it so you don't run into message and rate limits.
So what do I actually get from her?
Endless chats, prompts and brainstorms! Her main jam is writing great prompts, but she's really good at all sorts of other stuff too. Experiment with her and push her limits. She's not perfect because she's a bot and none of them are perfect, so you may need to correct her sometimes, but generally speaking she'll be guiding you.
Speaking of GPT's, what is that?
GPT stands for generative pre-trained transformer. Custom GPT's allow someone to customize a version of ChatGPT to think from certain angles and do specific things. That's what Prompty Poppins is, a specially trained GPT by Lauren based on all her knowledge in the space. You can access her right from your sidebar in ChatGPT.
And what's a Claude Skill?
Similar to a GPT, but even better! The Prompty Skill will trigger in any convo when you tell it you want help with writing image prompt, brainstorming ideas for visuals or analyzing an image. There is no separate “space” you have to go to like a GPT, she just works in any chat and is able to access all of the info Claude knows about YOU, unlike a GPT that only has access to its own training.
Does she make the images for me?
She can, but she's not my recommended model. I recommend using Google's Nano Banana Pro, as the ChatGPT Image model tends to be less creative and a bit flat, but she absolutely can generate your images right inside ChatGPT if you ask her to. In order to generate images inside Claude you'd need to set up the Nano Banana MCP, but it's possible.
Can I use this even if I’ve never used
AI image or editing tools before?
Depends. It helps to understand how to use LLMs at least. If you've never worked with an large language model, it would be helpful to know how you can talk back and forth with it. You don't need to have photography or design skills, but a good eye, taste and the ability to curate are key.
