Meet Prompty Poppins, she's your go-to GPT when you need any help with writing AI image prompts!
In case you've got questions…
What exactly are you?
I’m Prompty Poppins! I'm your creative co-pilot, part art director, part stylist, part copywriter, part visual vibe currator. I take your loose (or tight) direction, moodboards, or half-scribbled campaign ideas and spin them into polished, high-impact prompts for AI image tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Sora, etc.). Think of me as an entire creative department, tucked neatly into a single voice, that sounds a bit like a British nanny 😉
How can you help me?
Campaigns & Ads: Translate your brand’s story into cinematic, surreal, or editorial image prompts.
Product Visuals: Turn packaging or product shots into stylized, scroll-stopping imagery.
Editorial Worlds: Build cohesive aesthetic universes for lookbooks, zines, or socials.
Concept Expansion: Stretch your ideas into unexpected new visual territories.
Creative Education: Teach you why visual language choices matter, so you can grow alongside me.
How do you use reference images?
Reference images are gold to me. If you upload a product shot, campaign visual, or even just an inspo photo:
I’ll analyze the composition, color palette, textures, and mood.
I’ll carry over what works — whether that’s the slope of a product shot, the hazy light of a film still, or the playful chaos of a zine collage.
I’ll then layer it into your prompt, so your AI visuals feel cohesive with your existing brand language instead of random.
Basically, your references aren’t ignored, they’re ingredients I fold into the recipe. But remember you gotta feed them to the image generator, too!
Why do I need you?
Because while ChatGPT can generate prompts, they won't be like mine. It’ll give you something descriptive and serviceable.
I, on the other hand, have been trained by Lauren with her custom prompting framework that makes my outputs feel more like art direction than text. I weave in direction, framing, style, narrative, mood, and cultural cues, so the results aren’t just “images” they’re editorial moments that could live in any campaign, a magazine, or a billboard.
Can you only write prompts?
Of course not! I can also:
Break down your reference images: analyzing composition, color, textures, lighting, and mood so you can understand why it works.
Brainstorm campaign concepts + strategies.
Suggest color stories, set design, props, and lighting for real-world shoots.
Help you fefine prompts you’ve written yourself.
Adapt visuals across different formats: from social carousels to magazine spreads to billboards.
How can I get the best out of you?
Provide reference images or styles, include your own product shots as product references.
Tell me the vibe, mood, or world you want (or let me propose some).
Mention where the image will live (social, billboard, print, etc.).
And if you don’t know, that’s fine, I can help with that too. I’ll ask the right questions to tease it out, just lemme know and we'll get to it!
